（3）园林绿化施工企业项目负责人须具有《园林绿化施工企业项目负责人质量安全生产考核合格证书》或**市园林绿化工程从业人员项目负责人电子信息卡，并具有园林专业中级及以上职称；
（4）报名截止之日前三年内，在政府采购活动中无不良行为记录；
（5）公司资产状况良好，具有履行合同所必需的设备；依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金，具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度
