1.4 采购项目概况： 项目位于新加坡勿落区碧湾路，碧湾MRT车站旁。本工程为2栋31层的公寓住宅楼，地下两层，总计515套，总高度110m，****停车场、游泳池、公共设施和景观平台，设计施工总承包工程，合同额19972万新币，包括但不限于土建结构施工、建筑装修施工与室内软装、机电施工与设备安装、外部附属结构施工与景观工程。开工时间2026年2月 。

Project Profile:The project is located at Bayshore Drive, Bedok, Singapore, adjacent to Bayshore MRT Station. It comprises two 31storey residential buildings with two basement levels, 515 units in total, 110m in height, with underground parking, a swimming pool, public amenities and a landscape deck. This is a design-and-build turnkey project with a contract value of SGD 199.72 million, including civil works, architectural finishing, M E, ancillary structures and landscape works. Commencement date: February 2026.
