(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）未被“信用中国”（www.****.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.****.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单。
（2）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加****政府采购活动；
（3******部门核发的有效的《保安服务许可证》。
（4）本项目专门面向中小企业采购。
（5）本项目不接受联合体投标。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Not listed as a dishonest judgment debtor or a party to a major tax violation case on "Credit China" (www.****..cn) and the China Government Procurement Network (www.****.cn), and not listed on the record of serious illegal and dishonest acts in government procurement. () Different suppliers whose persons in charge are the same, or who have a direct holding or management relationship, shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract project; (3) Poss a valid "Security Service License" issued by the provincial or municipal public security department. (4) This project is specifically oriented towards procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises. (5) This project does not accept joint venture bids.
