采购范围：

本合同服务范围为位于苏里南的约21,000****酒店项目，设计服务内容：

1、设计范围

1.1装饰设计：依据甲方提供的原装饰设计图纸进行室内装饰优化设计，包含方案优化、调整深化方案及施工图；

1.2室内软装设计：按实际、功能需要进行软装设计，包含家具、花灯、 窗帘、地毯、装饰画、可移动配饰等，提供软装方案和物品清单；

1.3室内灯光设计：进行室内灯光色温、色调空间设计；

1.4机电二次设计：根据装饰方案进行电气、给排水、暖通、消防二次设计，优化图纸、指导施工；

1.5智能化设计：优化、完善、调整智能化综合布线、计算机网络、安防监控设计，增加信息发布多媒体会议系统、PDA无线餐饮管理系统、VOD点播酒店信息服务系统、客房智能控制系统、电话交换系统、集成管理系统、防雷接地系统、机房系统、卫星有线电视系统、音乐背景广播系统智能化设计；

1.6室外景观设计：提供景观优化设计意见，****公司进行方案优化、图纸调整指导施工；

1.7设计管控：各专业协同设计协调，整体管控，设计指导施工。

The scope of services under this Contract is the approximately 21,000-square-meter licensed Marriott hotel project in Suriname. The design service scope, content, and schedule are as follows:

Design Scope

1.1 Interior Decoration Design: To carry out interior decoration optimization design based on the original interior decoration design drawings provided by Party A, including scheme optimization, deepening and refinement of the design development, and construction drawings;

1.2 Interior Soft Furnishings Design: To carry out soft furnishings design according to actual and functional requirements, including furniture, decorative lighting fixtures, curtains, carpets, decorative artwork, movable accessories, etc., and to provide a soft furnishings scheme and an itemized inventory;

1.3 Interior Lighting Design: To carry out the design of interior lighting color temperature and tonal space design;

1.4 Secondary MEP Design: To carry out secondary design for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems based on the interior decoration scheme, optimize the drawings, and provide guidance for construction;

1.5 Intelligent System Design: To optimize, refine, and adjust the intelligent integrated cabling, computer network, and security monitoring design; to add the design for intelligent systems including an information release multimedia conference system, PDA wireless dining management system, VOD on-demand hotel information service system, guest room intelligent control system, telephone switching system, integrated management system, lightning protection and grounding system, equipment room system, satellite cable television system, and music background broadcasting system;

1.6 Outdoor Landscape Design: To provide landscape optimization design recommendations, and to guide the original landscape design company in scheme optimization, drawing adjustments, and construction guidance;

1.7 Design Management and Control: To coordinate and facilitate collaborative design across all disciplines, exercise overall management and control, and provide design guidance for construction.

The services will be carried out in phases, with final delivery of the technical deliverables approved by both the Owner and the Hotel Operator.
