1.分包采购项目建设地点： Ras Abu Fontas, Doha, Qatar 2.分包采购项目建设规模：Qatar Ras Abu Fontas 500MW Peaking Unit PROJECT, the project owner is NEBRAS ENERGY, the tenderer is Sinohydro Corporation Limited. The project unit is configured as a single cycle unit of two gas turbines, including two gas turbines, generators, related ancillary equipment and peripheral equipment, with a net output of about 500MW.

投标人资格要求：

(1) The bidder shall register the company in QATAR; (2) The bidder shall have the same or similar type of Road Construction Work experience; (3) If the bidder wins the bid, both parties shall sign the contract with a company registered in Qatar. The bid currency shall be Qatari Rial, and the contract shall be signed and paid in Qatari Rial.
