3.3拟派项目经理具有机电工程专业贰级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目经理。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the Credit China website (www.****. gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.****. gov.cn) [based on credit records within the past 3 years prior to the deadline for submitting the first response document]. 3.2 Possess the third level or above qualification for general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering construction, and have a valid safety production license. 3.3 The proposed project manager shall have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as a project manager for other ongoing construction projects.
