(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）具备市政公用工程施工总承包二级及以上资质；
（2）拟安排项目经理须为市政公用工程二级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人。
（3****建设部门颁发的《安全生产许可证》（在有效期）；
（4）未被“信用中国”（www.****.cn****政府采购网（www.****.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
（5）本项目不接受联合体形式。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Possess a Grade II or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction; (2) The proposed project manager must hold a Grade II or higher registered construction engineer qualification for municipal public works, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects. (3) Possess a valid "Safety Production License" issued by the construction department; (4) Not be listed as a dishonesty-stricken person subject to enforcement, a party involved in major tax violation cases, or a record of serious illegal dishonesty in government procurement on "Credit China" (www.****.cn) and the China Government Procurement Network (www.****.cn); (5) This project does not accept consortium forms.
