项目概况及招标范围：
1.Project Location: Az-Zour North Phase 2 3 Independent Power Generation and Water Desalination Producer Plant Project, Kuwait 2.Project Scale: The net power output of the power plant is 2700 MW, and the net water production capacity of the water plant is 120 MIGD. 3.Bidding Scope:The works to be performed under this Subcontract is the Power Plant: Block20-GT22, ST-20 with associated auxiliary system; Block10-GT12 with associated auxiliary system; system; HRSG -12 22 with associated system;Black start emergency diesel generator and auxiliary system installation, Cable tray installation of Black start emergency diesel generator,related electrical equipment installation of main electrical building with Block20;Electrical system equipment and materials installation of sea water intake system, earthing and lightning installation, lighting installation which is provided by manufacturer.
投标人资格要求：
1. Qualification Criteria (1) Bidders must possess an independent legal entity status and provide a valid business license. (2) Bidders must provide valid industry qualification certificates. (3) Bidders must provide valid certifications for Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health Safety Management Systems. (4) Bidders must provide a valid tax registration certificate. (5) Bidders must be able to independently solve issues related to the temporary import of machinery and personnel visas. 2. Experience Requirements Subcontractors shall have performance records in the main electrical and I C sections for the power plant or seawater desalination project.
