(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）电力工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质，还应同时具有“****监管局”颁发的承装、承修、承试三级（10千伏以下）及其以上电力设施许可证。；
（2）拟安排项目经理须为机电工程二级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人。
（3****建设部门颁发的《安全生产许可证》（在有效期）；
（4）未被“信用中国”（www.****.cn****政府采购网（www.****.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
（5）本项目不接受联合体形式。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) For general contracting of electric power engineering construction with a qualification level of Grade III or above, it is also necessary to possess a license for the installation, maintenance, and testing of electric power facilities at Grade III (below 10 kV) or above, issued by the "Regulatory Bureau of the National Energy Administration". (2) The proposed project manager must hold a registered construction engineer qualification at Grade II or above in electromechanical engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects. (3) Possess a "Safety Production License" issued by the construction department (within its validity period);(5) This project does not accept the form of a consortium.
