5、具有有效的安全生产许可证；
6、拟派项目负责人：拟派项目经理需具备市政公用工程专业二级及以上注册建造师资格，同时具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书。以上项目负责人以在******管理委员会网站上查询为准，在册且无在建项目记录（同一工程相邻分段发包或分期施工的除外，拟派项目经理在响应文件递交时不得调整，不得有在建项目。响应文件中需提交响应截止日前3个工作日内打印的注册建造师《投标项目负责人基本情况表》（通过**市建设市场信息服务平台https：//ciac.****.cn/查询、截图）；标书代写
