洋泾街道****服务中心）****社区C000204编制单元2-01-03地块，**南洋泾浜及沿河绿化，南至2-01-17地块，西至**苑小区，北至华阳苑小区，用地面积约6868.8平方米。项目设置养老床位362张，主要建设内容为：1、******服务中心）主体建筑及门卫等附属用房；2、实施室外活动场地、道路、围墙、绿化和给排水等室外总体工程。项目总建筑面积13915.2平方米，其中地上建筑面积10303.2平方米，地下建筑面积3612平方米。 目前本项目土建、精装修全部施工内容已施工完成，各分部分项工程验收工作已基本收尾，施工单位竣工图编制工作也已基本完成，项目整体全面进入最终专项审查、竣工验收及资料归档收尾阶段。 本项目已于2020年10月完成设计招标工作。本项目为含精装修的设计总包项目，前期已通过合法公开招投标程序确定设计单位，双方依法签订设计总包服务合同。 因原设计单位受市场经营及资质管理因素影响，未按期完成工程设计资质延续办理，现已丧失设计资质，不具备本项目合同履约资质条件与服务能力，无法继续履行后续设计配套服务义务。为保障项目合法合规推进、顺利完成竣工验收及后续交付工作，甲方已依法与原设计单位解除设计服务合同。 现就项目剩余设计配套服务工作公开采购，剩余设计服务资金根据完成设计情况，经测算还需约35.98万元，本次择优选择具备工程设计乙级及以上资质的单位承接剩余收尾工作。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
