为深入贯彻**区入河入海排污口监督管理及水环境治理相关工作要求，持续改善区域水生态环境、夯实乡村**生态基础，镇河长办全面开展排污口梳理整治与农户污水纳管排查工作，发现有多处问题排污口需进行整治，多个村居存在农户污水未纳管问题。经梳理，共有159个问题排污口，涉及鹤鸣村、长达村等8个村。主要实施内容包括：铺设DN200-250管道2657米、DN110-160管道541米，**窨井299座、路面修复3736平方米，绿化恢复472平方米等，**污水提升泵2座等。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
