All the products shall meet the relevant technical requirements.投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括：1）合同；2）用户签字或盖章的到货验收材料（到货验收单或调试验收报告或其它可以证明合同项下货物已经到货验收的有效证明材料）。The bidder shall submit the Performance Form in the specified format and provide the relevant performance certification documents.The performance certification documents include: 1) Contracts; 2) Goods arrival acceptance signed or stamped by the client (i.e. Arrival Acceptance Form, or, Commissioning Acceptance , or other valid certifications that can prove the goods under the contract have passed the arrival acceptance).投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签署时间、合同签署页（国内贸易合同应有双方盖章，国际贸易合同应有双方签字或盖章）、货物名称、货油舱惰气系统透气技术要求货油舱惰气系统透气技术要求（需体现产品为货油舱惰气系统透气）、用户签字或盖章的到货验收材料。The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must include at least the following contents: the contract signing date; the contract signature page (China domestic trade contracts shall be stamped by the buyer and the seller, while international trade contracts shall be signed or stamped by the buyer and the seller); the name of the goods; the inert gas system venting in cargo oil tanks technical requirements (which must reflect that the product is the inert gas system venting for cargo oil tanks); and the goods arrival acceptance signed or stamped by the client.若业绩合同为无固定总价协议，除提供协议外，还应提供相应的订单及与订单对应的到货验收材料，订单内容或编号应与协议相关联。同一个协议下，提供1个或以上的订单及与订单对应的到货验收材料，均算为1个业绩。If the performance contract is an agreement without a fixed lump-sum price, in addition to submitting the agreement itself, the bidder shall also provide the corresponding purchase orders and the delivery acceptance documents matching such orders. The content or number of each purchase order shall be correlated with the agreement.
