4****政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，****政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目（◆是□不是）专门面向小微企业采购，评审时小微企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: 1) Mandatory procurement policy for energy-saving products: Mandatory procurement of items marked with "★" in the energy-saving list published by the state. 2) Encourage energy-saving policies; 3) Encourage environmental policies; 4) Qualification requirements for implementing government procurement policies: (1) Implement reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project (◆ Yes □ No) is specifically targeted at small and micro enterprises for procurement, and price discounts will not be implemented for small and micro enterprise products during evaluation.
