致所有投标人：
现对新加坡S2T OCI EPC项目UG CS消防管道项目招标公告第六章 Bidding Forms，作出如下澄清：
对 Form 6-2-2《价格明细表》（Price Breakdown）的内容进行了修订；
对 Form 6-5《技术投标/建议书》（含技术偏差）（Technical Bid / Proposal incl. Technical Deviations）的提交要求调整为非强制性提交内容。
具体修改内容详见本通知附件。
To All Bidders，
Tender Notice for UG CS Fire Water Pipe of S2T OCI EPC in Singaporewith respect to Chapter 6 – Bidding Forms is hereby clarified as follows:
1. Form 6-2-2 Price Break down has been adjusted in terms of content;
2. Form 6-5 Technical Bid / Proposal (incl. Technical Deviations) has been revised to nonmandatory in terms of submission requirements.
Please refer to the attachment hereto for details.
