项目概况及招标范围：

1.Project Construction Location:3 Seraya Avenue on Jurong Island, Singapore 2.Project Construction Scale:The Singapore CCP50 600MW Combined Cycle Power Plant EPC Project features a 600MW combined cycle unit in a one-on-one configuration (1-1-1) 3.Scope of Bidding: The scope of The Subcontractor is required to Supply all kind of manpower (including Site Supervisor WSH Supervisor Quality Supervisor HSE Supervisor RTO others if needed) ,machinery ,material and tools etc. for Civil Construction Related works. Including but not limited to excavation/backfilling /disposal soil /PE Design /removal and disposal. The quantity is estimated and subject to change based on the final drawings.

投标人资格要求：

1.Bidder Qualification and Capability Requirements: (1) The bidder must hold a valid construction qualification certificate issued by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore. (2) Bidders must provide a valid Safety Production License or an equivalent certificate issued by a relevant Singaporean authority. 2.Performance Requirements: Bidders must have at least 1 contract for a Civil construction project in Singapore within the last 5 years (from January 1, 2021, to the bid submission deadline).
