（3）园林绿化施工企业项目负责人须具有**市园林绿化工程从业人员项目负责人电子信息卡，并具有园林专业中级及以上职称；
（4）公司资产状况良好，具有履行合同所必需的设备；依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金，具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) This negotiation requires online consultation, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) Construction enterprises engaged in urban landscaping projects should hold valid business licenses; (3) The project leader of the landscaping construction enterprise must have an electronic information card for the project leader of Shanghai landscaping engineering practitioners, and hold an intermediate or higher professional title in landscaping; (4) The company's assets are in good condition and it has the necessary equipment to fulfill the contract; Pay taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, have a good commercial reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
