GT11>21/ST10 electrical package with auxiliary system, HTSG 11 12 electrical package with auxiliary system, GSUT,UAT,GCB,IPBD,BSDG, MV switchgear, LV switchgear, dry-type transformer, DC/UPS system,FMS system, control/protection/telecom system,cathodic protection system, crane and hoist electrical part, VFD panel,earthing and lightning, lighting and small power system,cable tray /conduit and support MV/LV/control /FO cable laying and termination, firestop sealant,and any other construction work assigned by the Contractor .GT11燃气轮机、GT12 燃气轮机及 ST10 汽轮机电气配套设备及其附属系统、GT11与 GT12汽轮发电机电气配套设备及其附属系统、主变、厂用变压器、发电机断路器、离相封闭母线、柴油发电机组、中压开关柜、低压开关柜、干式变压器、直流 / 不间断电源系统、故障录波、控制 / 保护 / 通信系统、阴极保护系统、起重吊车及卷扬设备电气部分、变频柜、接地与防雷系统、照明及小动力配电系统、电缆桥架 / 穿线管及支架、中压 / 低压 / 控制电缆 / 光纤电缆敷设与终端压接、防火封堵施工，以及承包商指派的其他所有施工工作。
投标人资格要求：
（1） The Bidder shall be a legally established entity with independent legal personality. If the Bidder is registered in the People’s Republic of China or any jurisdiction other than Oman, it shall have localization registration in the Sultanate of Oman. Alternatively, the Bidder may be a locally established and registered company in Oman with relevant construction experience.（2） The Bidder shall possess the necessary construction capability commensurate with the scope of the Works. If the Bidder is an entity registered in the People’s Republic of China, it shall hold a valid Professional Contracting Qualification Certificate for Foundation Engineering or other relevant construction qualifications. If the Bidder is registered in the Sultanate of Oman, it shall provide a valid Commercial Registration (CR) and Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate.（1）响应人须为具有独立法人资格的企业。若为中华人民**国境内注册企业或其他非阿曼注册企业，应在阿曼完成属地化注册；或响应人应为在阿曼境内依法成立并注册、且具有相关施工经验的本土企业；（2）响应人应具备与本工程相适应的施工能力。若为中国境内注册企业，应具备地基基础工程专业承包资质或相关施工资质；若为在阿曼注册的企业，应提供有效的商业注册证书（CR）及增值税登记证书（VAT Certificate）。
