Amendment Notice – Revision of Delivery Date in Attachment 2

To All Participating Parties:

An amendment is hereby made to the delivery date clause in Attachment 2 "Supplier Quotation for Materials" of this procurement inquiry, as follows:

Original clause:
7. Delivery Date: On or before September 20, 2026, or on a date specified by the Buyer.

Revised clause:
7. Delivery Date: On or before August 20, 2026, or on a date specified by the Buyer.

All suppliers are requested to re-download Attachment 2 and prepare and submit their quotations based on the revised document. This amendment forms an integral part of the inquiry documents and carries the same legal effect as the original inquiry documents. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
