(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Possessing the qualification of Class III or above for power engineering construction general contracting, and simultaneously holding a Class III or above license for installing (repairing, testing) power facilities issued by the National Energy Administration or its affiliated institutions; 2. Having a safety production license (valid within the validity period); 3. The project leader to be dispatched has the registered construction engineer qualification of Class II or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, possesses a valid safety production assessment qualification certificate, and has not been serving as the project leader of other ongoing construction projects; 4.
