将“18,000 BTU四面出风嵌入式天花机”的数量修正为14台；

将原采购清单中天花机的英文描述由“CASSETTE UNIT”完善为“FOUR-WAY CASSETTE UNIT”，中文描述相应明确为“四面出风嵌入式天花机”；

本次采购空调总数量仍为57台，其他型号、数量、技术要求、商务条款及采购文件其他内容均保持不变。加急标书代写

本补遗文件是原采购文件的组成部分，与原采购文件具有同等效力。如本补遗文件与原采购文件存在不一致之处，以本补遗文件及修正后的采购文件为准。加急标书代写

Dear Prospective Bidders,

The procurement list in the Air Conditioner Request for Quotation Document is hereby revised as follows:

The quantity of the 36,000 BTU Four-Way Cassette Inverter Air Conditioner is revised to 2 sets;

The quantity of the 18,000 BTU Four-Way Cassette Inverter Air Conditioner is revised to 14 sets;

The English description of the cassette air conditioners is revised from “CASSETTE UNIT” to “FOUR-WAY CASSETTE UNIT”, and the corresponding Chinese description is clarified as “四面出风嵌入式天花机”;

The total procurement quantity remains unchanged at 57 sets. All other models, quantities, technical requirements, commercial terms and other provisions of the procurement document remain unchanged.

This addendum forms an integral part of the original procurement document and shall have the same legal effect. In the event of any inconsistency between this addendum and the original procurement document, this addendum and the revised procurement document shall prevail.

All prospective bidders are requested to prepare and submit their quotations based on the revised procurement document.
