分包采购项目建设规模：890MW****电站，采用1组二拖一联合循环系统形式，包含2台燃机，2台余热锅炉，1台空冷岛，1台汽轮机及发电机和相关附属设备。 分包采购范围：分包商根据本合同条款进行的环境监测标段的工作范围已在Agreement等相关条款中规定： 分包商负责项目施工期间的环境监测及环保合规服务，确保项目满足SEZAD、NCEC及业主的环境管理要求。 Project Scale: The Oman Duqm 890MW CCGT EPC Project in Oman adopts one (1) 2×1 combined cycle configuration, consisting of two (2) gas turbines, two (2) heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs), one (1) steam turbine generator unit, one (1) air-cooled condenser (ACC) system, and associated auxiliary equipment and facilities. Scope of Work：The Subcontractor shall be responsible for providing environmental monitoring and environmental compliance services throughout the construction period of the Project to ensure compliance with the environmental management requirements of the Special Economic Zone at Duqm (SEZAD), the National Centre for Environmental Compliance (NCEC), and the Owner.

投标人资格要求：

响应人须为依法注册成立并合法存续的独立法人，具有有效的营业执照（商业注册证书）及相关经营许可，具有独立承担民事责任和履行合同的能力。 The Bidder shall be a legally established and validly existing independent legal entity, holding a valid Commercial Registration (CR) and all necessary business licenses and permits required to perform the Services. The Bidder shall have the legal capacity to undertake civil obligations and perform the Contract.
