****(以下简称“询价人”)在乌兹别克斯坦**国，布哈拉州，卡拉库尔区建设乌兹别克斯坦坎德姆天然气集输项目项目。根据项目要求，现对工艺泵进行询价采购，邀请贵司对上述货物及相关服务进行投标报价，具体情况如下：

CHINA CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Inquirer") is engaged in the Kandym Group Fields and Booster Compressor Station in Uzbekistan,, in the Karakul District, Bukhara Region, Republic of Uzbekistan. According to the requirements of the project, we now make an inquiry and purchase for Process Pumps, and invite your company to make a bidding quotation for the above goods and related services. The details are as follows:

1. 采购范围：

本次询价采购范围：工艺泵采购，包括工艺泵供货、现场服务及文件交付，具体详见技术附件。

The procurement scope of this inquiry: Process Pumps procurement, including Process Pumps supply, on-site service and document delivery. For details, please refer to the Annex-Technical Documents.

2. 询价文件的获取：

Acquisition of Inquiry Document

询价文件会以电子邮件的形式发送至投标人的指定联系邮箱。

The inquiry document will be sent to the bidder's appointed contact email address.

3. 电子投标文件的递交：标书代写

Submission of Hardcopies of Bidding Document

3.1 报价文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为2026年8月19日15时00分 （**时间），发送到指定邮箱，即 liuzhaochen@camce.****.cn，抄送xushiyong@camce.****.cn 。标书代写

The deadline for submitting the bidding documents (hereinafter referred to as the bidding deadline) is 15:00 August 19 2026 （Beijing time）and must be sent to the designated email address, liuzhaochen@camce.****.cn, with a copy to xushiyong@camce.****.cn .

3.2 逾期送达的或者未送达指定地点的投标文件，询价人不予受理。标书代写

The inquirer shall not accept the bidding document that are delivered late or not delivered to the designated place.

4. 确认

Acknowledgement

你单位收到本邀请书后，请于**时间2026年8月6日16时30分前以签字盖章的电子扫描文件邮件确认是否参加投标（确认函格式详见第三章投标格式）。在本邀请书规定的时间内未表示是否参加投标或明确表示不参加投标的，不得再参加投标。

After receiving this Invitation Letter, your company is expected to acknowledge whether to participate in the bidding by e-mail with signature and seal before 15:30 on August 6th, 2026, Beijing time (see Chapter III Bidding Forms-Bidding Acknowledgement Letter). Those who do not indicate whether they will participate in the bidding within the time limit specified in this invitation or clearly indicate that they will not participate in the bidding shall not participate in the bidding again.
