1.4 采购项目概况： 项目位于新加坡武吉知马区乌鲁班丹路松林 B 地块，施工内容包括 3 栋 24层公寓楼, 共 552 个住宅单元，配有 2 层地下停车库、游泳池、公共设施。基础类型为桩基础，地下车库为现浇结构，转换层以下及地上电梯间等部位为现浇结构，转换层以上为预制模块化建筑结构。地上建筑面积 52583 ㎡，地下建筑面积 19000 ㎡。

Project Profile:The project is Located at Pinewood Block B, Ulu Pandan Road, Bukit Timah, Singapore, the project comprises three 24-storey apartment towers with a total of 552 residential units, a two-level underground parking garage, a swimming pool, and communal facilities. The foundation type is pile foundation. The underground parking garage is a cast-in-place structure, as are areas below the transfer floor and above-ground elevator shafts. Above the transfer floor, the building structure is prefabricated modular. The above-ground building area is 52,583 square meters, and the underground building area is 19,000 square meters.

Bedec Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1993. The company specializes in providing heavy duty shoring system solutions to the construction industry using Bedec-60 Self-Braced Shoring System. Customers are offered rentals, sales and buy-back scheme.We provide shoring solutions from initial concept to final design supported with design calculations, CAD drawings, professional engineer's endorsement and on-site installation training and supervision to ensure that codes and practices are adhered to, in accordance with the industry safety standards.

推荐理由：一方面项目前期已通过询比价方式，确定该供应商价格最低，且**良好。另外一方面当前项目主体结构施工已进入关键施工阶段，现场原有重型支撑钢管脚手架已完成搭设、验收并投入常态化使用，整体施工工序紧密衔接、环环相扣，若重新开展招采工作，新供应商进场筹备全流程周期较长，将直接导致现场脚手架配套施工停滞，造成主体施工工序中断，严重延误项目既定竣工节点，产生重大工期违约风险。

Reason:On the one hand, the supplier was selected through price comparison in the early stages of the project, offering the lowest price, and the cooperation has been good. On the other hand, the main structure construction of the project has now entered a critical stage. The existing heavy-duty supporting steel pipe scaffolding has been erected, inspected, and put into regular use. The overall construction process is closely linked and interdependent. If the procurement process is restarted, the preparation period for the new supplier to enter the site will be lengthy, which will directly lead to the stagnation of on-site scaffolding construction, causing the interruption of the main construction process, seriously delaying the project's scheduled completion date, and creating a significant risk of breach of contract.
