Procurement Notice：North Macedonia ESM 30MW PV Project Bitola Substation EPC Works

三、采购范围Procurement Scope:：

1.1、北马其顿ESM30MW光伏项目Bitola升压站EPC工程具体工作内容包括但不限于：North Macedonia ESM 30MW PV Project Bitola Substation EPC Works includes but not limited to:

(1)外送地埋线路；对侧站扩建设计采购施工调试工作，详见附件一工作范围。Engineering, Procurement, Construction，commissioning of Step-up substation, underground outgoing transmission cables, opposite substation expansion.See annex 1（SOW） for details.

（2）清单中未列项目以图纸及技术资料为准，未列工程内容由响应方根据实际情况自行考虑在报价中，以满足本工程运行维护的需要为准，所需费用视为已含在已列的综合单价中，并不得以任何理由向承包人要求增加此费用。

Items not listed in bill of quantities shall be deemed included in comprehensive unit prices. Responders shall complete all supporting works per drawings without additional claims.

（3）乙方在施工过程中超越发包人（业主）划定的道路或临时场地边界所造成的所有压耕地、青苗损坏、农用设施损坏、占地及其他设施损坏等均由乙方负责办理并赔偿；所需费用视为已含在已列的综合单价中，并不得以任何理由向承包人要求增加此费用。

All compensation fees for farmland, crop and facility damage caused by responder’s construction beyond designated boundaries shall be included in response price with no extra charge.

（4）乙方在开工前充分向甲方或当地有关部门了解施工区域内的地下设施分布，必要时采取保护措施，如未了解情况或在施工中造成地下设施损坏由乙方负责赔偿；所需费用视为已含在已列的综合单价中，并不得以任何理由向承包人要求增加此费用。

Compensation for underground facility damage due to insufficient survey before construction shall be borne by responder and included in response price.

（5）配合项目质监检查、配合其他单位施工以及为完成本项目工作一切需要配合的工作；所需费用视为已含在已列的综合单价中，并不得以任何理由向承包人要求增加此费用。

All coordination fees for quality inspection, cross construction and multi-party cooperation shall be included in response price.

（6）若因乙方施工进度、质量等原因达不到项目部要求，项目部有权根据实际工程施工进度调整乙方施工范围，项目部有权利指定其他标段的分包单位进行施工，并将在过程中的结算扣除相应工程量，乙方需承担其他单位施工的所有费用；所需费用视为已含在已列的综合单价中，并不得以任何理由向承包人要求增加此费用。

If responder fails to meet schedule quality requirements, Employer reserves the right to assign third-party contractors, all related costs shall be deducted from responder’s settlement and covered in response price.

（7）具体施工要求以甲方设计图为准。

Construction standards shall comply with Employer’s design drawings.
