We, China Harbour Engineering Company Limited (CHEC), hereby respectfully request your company to submit a quotation for the lease of amphibious excavators (swamp buggy type). Please refer to the contents specified below for detailed information and relevant requirements：

1. Construction Site

in the Imo River estuary

2. Procurement Scope

2 sets of 20-ton class swamp buggy amphibious excavators.

3. Charter Period

(1) Lease Term: Four (4) months.

(2) Commencement: shall be determined upon notification by the Charterer.

Additional Clause: The cost of parts for each piece of equipment per month shall be priced and settled separately.

4. Insurance Requirements

(1) The rental agreement must include comprehensive insurance coverage for the machinery and equipment, including third-party liability insurance and machinery insurance..

5. Machinery Requirements

(1) The machinery shall be in good working condition and comply with the requirements of the Project Owner, the Project Engineer, and the relevant local government authorities and departments.

6. Maintenance and Repairs

(1) During the entire rental period, the machinery and equipment must be well-maintained and kept in good working condition. All routine maintenance and emergency repairs shall be the responsibility of the lessor.

7. Safety Requirements

(1) The machinery and equipment must comply with all relevant safety standards and regulations.

8. Quotation Requirement

(1) The "rental price" in the quotation shall be the monthly rental rate and must include all costs related to the operation of the machinery and equipment with operators, including but not limited to lubricants, fresh water, waste management and disposal, as well as any other related expenses incurred by your company during the above-mentioned rental period.

(2) The quotation should take into account price fluctuations of materials, lubricants, labor, equipment, and other factors. During the validity period of the equipment rental contract, the agreed price between both parties shall not be adjusted.

(3) Fuel supply: Fuel shall be the responsibility of the lessee.

9. Payment

(1) Payment Terms: Thirty (30) calendar days upon invoice.

(2) Rental fees shall be paid monthly. For rental periods of less than one month, the fee shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the actual number of days.

(3) Payment Method: Payment may be made in US Dollars (USD) or Nigerian Naira (NGN), with the specific currency to be determined and confirmed through subsequent mutual agreement.
