三、采购范围Procurement Scope:

3.（1）北马其顿ESM30MW光伏项目设计管控服务具体工作内容包括但不限于：North Macedonia ESM 30MW PV Project Design Management Services includes but not limited to:设计节点管控、设计质量管控、设计变更管控、设计管控总结等工作。 Work including design schedule control, design quality control, design change control, and summary of design management.

（2）服务工作必须按照北马其顿国家及行业现行标准、规范、技术条例执行（在合同期间遇到北马其顿国家及行业现行标准、规范、技术条例修改变更的按照最新标准、规范执行。）The design services shall be performed in accordance with the current national and industry standards, codes, and technical regulations (in the event that such standards, codes, and technical regulations are revised or amended during the contract period, the latest versions shall prevail).

（3）其他要求：为完成本项目设计服务而支出的各种协调、办公、差旅、服务等费用均包含在内，且确保本项目顺**过质量监督检查验收，否则将不予结算服务费。Other requirements: All expenses incurred for the performance of the design services under this Project, including but not limited to coordination, office administration, travel, and service costs, shall be included in the contract price. The Designer shall ensure that the Project successfully passes the quality supervision inspection and acceptance. Otherwise, the service fee shall not be settled.
