1.Located in Umluj Province, Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia, this is a private island development project situated approximately 450 kilometers north of Jeddah. 2.The project adopts a phased implementation model. Phase I comprises four plots: the Fortress Zone, the Local VIP Zone, the Cave Lounge, and the Armory, with a total gross floor area of approximately 145,219 square meters. 3.Scope of tender:The scope of construction works includes earth excavation, off-site disposal, backfilling, rebar fixing, formwork fabrication and installation, waterproofing membrane laying, cast-in-place concrete pouring, and steel structure installation.
