（2）施工现场项目管理机构拟派人员满足**市园林绿化建设工程施工配备要求；
（3）拟派项目负责人须具有园林专业中级及以上职称。
（4）提供依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金、近三年没有重大违法记录的书面声明；
（5）未被“信用中国”（www.****.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.****.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单[以查询的报名开始之日止前三年内的记录为准］。
（6）具有控股和****公司同时参与投标的，按以下处理方式：采购单位在****公司的响应文件。
