项目概况及招标范围：

1.Project Location: Al Khazna Area, Emirate of Abu Dhabi, UAE 2.Project Scale: 1,500 MW (AC) Solar PV Power Plant 3.Tender Scope: Sabkha area site leveling, excavation, backfilling, and compaction works shall be fully undertaken by the Subcontractor. The Subcontractor shall be solely responsible for providing all labour, materials, equipment, transportation, testing, inspection, and all associated ancillary works. All activities shall be executed in strict compliance with the project specifications, construction drawings, and the Contractor’s instructions.

1. Qualification Criteria (1) Bidders must possess independent legal entity status and provide a valid business license. (2) Bidders must provide valid industry qualification certificates. (3) Bidders must provide valid certifications for Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health Safety Management Systems. (4) Bidders must provide a valid tax registration certificate. 2. Experience Requirements Bidders must have at least one (1) contract performance record for Earthwork Construction Works within the last five years (from January 1, 2021, until the bid submission deadline).
