项目概况及招标范围：

1.Project Location: Al Khazna Area, Emirate of Abu Dhabi, UAE 2.Project Scale: 1,500 MW (AC) Solar PV Power Plant 3.Tender Scope: The Works include all activities required for the complete dewatering system of the Project. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, manpower, permits, design, installation, operation, maintenance, relocation, and demobilization to ensure continuous, safe, and compliant dewatering operations. All works shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the relevant authorities, project specifications, and the instructions of the Owner’s Engineer (OE).

1. Qualification Criteria (1) Bidders must possess independent legal entity status and provide a valid business license. (2) Bidders must provide valid industry qualification certificates. (3) Bidders must provide valid certifications for Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health Safety Management Systems. (4) Bidders must provide a valid tax registration certificate. 2.Experience Requirements Bidders must have at least one (1) contract performance record for Civil or Dewatering Construction Works within the last five years (from January 1, 2021, until the bid submission deadline).
