5.1 要求响应人在印尼境内注册具有独立法人资格的企业单位，具有独立承担民事责任的能力。 Enterprise legal entity registered within the territory in Indonesia, with the capacity to independently bear civil liabilities.

5.2 要求响应人持有与电力工程、电缆安装、机电工程或相关专业相匹配的有效 SBU。The bidder shall hold a valid SBU corresponding to electrical power engineering, cable installation, mechanical and electrical engineering, or related specialties.

5.3 本次采购不接受联合体响应。 Joint?venture responses are not accepted for this procurement.
