项目概况及招标范围：

暖通空调（HVAC）施工工程及所有相关配套设施的全部安装工作HVAC system construction works and the full installation of all related ancillary facilities in accordance with the owner’s requirements for the Oman Duqm 890 MW CCGT EPC Project and the terms and conditions specified in the contract.

投标人资格要求：

Bidders shall possess construction capabilities suitable for this project. If the bidder is a company registered in China, it shall possess Grade II or Special?Contracting Qualification for Building Electromechanical Installation Works, or other construction qualifications that comply with relevant national laws and regulations and are suitable for this project. If the bidder is a company registered in Oman, it shall provide a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) and Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate.响应人应具备与本工程相适应的施工能力。若响应人为中国境内注册企业，应具备- 建筑机电安装工程专业承包二级及以上资质，或具备符合国家有关法律法规规定且与本工程相适应的其他施工资质；若响应人为在阿曼注册的企业，应提供有效的商业注册证书（CR）及增值税登记证书（VAT Certificate）。
