China Road and Bridge Corporation is conducting a public inquiry procurement for 10/20mm crushed stone required for the Kigamboni Package 1 Road Upgrading Project in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Qualified suppliers are invited to submit quotations.
一、采购内容 / I. Procurement Content
采购物资：10/20mm碎石
Procurement Item: 10/20mm Crushed Stone
暂定采购数量：5,000 t
Provisional Quantity: 5,000 t
预计供货时间：2026年8月至10月
Expected Delivery Period: August to October 2026
交货地点：坦桑尼亚达累斯萨拉姆市基加博尼Kibada Plot Road项目现场。
Delivery Location: Kibada Plot Road project site, Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
上述数量为暂定数量，最终以采购方实际验收确认数量为准。
The above quantity is provisional. Final settlement shall be based on the quantity actually delivered, accepted and confirmed by the Purchaser.
二、报价及报名时间 / II. Quotation and Registration Period
报价开始时间：2026年8月18日14:00（**时间），对应坦桑尼亚时间2026年8月18日09:00（EAT）。
Quotation Start Time: 14:00 on August 18, 2026 Beijing Time, corresponding to 09:00 on August 18, 2026 Tanzania Time (EAT).
报价截止时间：2026年8月21日14:00（**时间），对应坦桑尼亚时间2026年8月21日09:00（EAT）。加急标书代写

供应商应在截止时间前登录“中交招采网”完成报名、线上报价并上传电子响应文件，逾期提交的响应文件将不予接收。电子标服务
Suppliers shall log in to the CCCC Procurement Network before the deadline to complete registration, submit the online quotation and upload the electronic response documents. Late submissions will not be accepted.
三、报价要求 / III. Quotation Requirements
报价货币为坦桑尼亚先令（TZS）。报价应为含税、含运输到项目现场的综合吨价，包含材料生产、装载、运输及履行供货义务所需的全部费用。报价有效期为自报价截止日起30天。
The quotation currency shall be Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). The quoted price shall be a tax-inclusive delivered unit price per tonne, covering production, loading, transportation to the project site and all other costs required for contract performance. The quotation shall remain valid for 30 days from the quotation deadline.
四、价格调整 / IV. Price Adjustment
中标供应商的含税、含运输到场综合吨价作为合同基准单价P。合同履行期间按照采购文件约定的柴油价格调整机制进行结算。加急标书代写
The successful bidder's tax-inclusive delivered unit price per tonne shall be the Contract Base Unit Price P. During contract performance, the settlement unit price shall be adjusted in accordance with the diesel price adjustment mechanism specified in the procurement document.
本次采购基准柴油价格D为3,978 TZS/L，柴油价格敏感权重α为0.34，设置±8%不调价区间。柴油价格涨跌超过该风险区间时，仅对超出部分按照采购文件约定实行双向调整。加急标书代写
The Base Diesel Price D for this procurement is 3,978 TZS/L, and the Diesel Price Sensitivity Weight α is 0.34. A ±8% no-adjustment band applies. Where the diesel price moves beyond this band, only the portion exceeding the band shall be adjusted upward or downward in accordance with the mechanism set out in the procurement document.
五、交货及结算 / V. Delivery and Settlement
供应商收到采购方供货通知后，应在3天内将货物送达采购方指定地点。
The supplier shall deliver the goods to the Purchaser's designated location within 3 days after receiving the delivery instruction.
结算数量按实际验收吨数确定，每半个月至一个月办理一次结算，具体结算周期由双方协商确定。
Settlement quantity shall be based on the actual accepted tonnage. Settlement shall be processed every two weeks to one month, with the specific settlement cycle to be agreed by both parties.
采购方在收到供应商足额、有效的EFD发票及完整结算资料后7天内，以****银行电汇方式支付经确认的应付款项。
The Purchaser shall pay the confirmed amount due by bank transfer in Tanzanian Shillings within 7 days after receiving the supplier's full and valid EFD invoice and complete settlement documents.
