2)本项目拟派项目经理须具备市政公用工程专业贰级（及以上）注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且不得担任其他在建建设工程项目的项目经理；
3)本项目不接受联合体投标；
4)根据财库[2020]46号文，本项目专门面向中小企业。
