肯尼亚拉姆至加里萨道路工程项目第一标段，项目地址位于 肯尼亚Lamu-Ljara， 主要包括路基清表、土方、水稳土、沥青路面、涵洞结构施工，线路总长度120km，全线均采用双向两车道10.5m宽A级道路标准。合同总工期 3 年.

2.1询价清单Inquiry List

2.2质量标准：结算数量以产品实际验收数量或者重量为准,处理设备均已完成卖方内部报废流程。

The settlement quantity shall be based on the actual inspected quantity or weight of the products, and all handling equipment has completed the seller's internal scrapping process.

2.3交付时间：2026年8月30日

Delivery time：Aug, 30, 2026

2.4支付时间：合同签订后15天内，卖方开具发票，买方将货款通过支票或者实时汇款支付给卖方指定账户；支付货款金额，双方在提货前一周协商，整体支付或按照标的物金额按台数支付。

Within 15 days after the signing of the contract, the Seller shall issue an invoice, and the Buyer shall pay the purchase price to the account designated by the Seller by check or real-time transfer. The amount of payment shall be negotiated by both parties one week prior to delivery; the payment may be made either in a lump sum or on a per-unit basis according to the value of the subject matter.

3招标说明

TENDER INFORMATION

3.1 本招标依照肯尼亚相关法律法规、招标人的相关管理制度和要求进行。

This tender is conducted in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of kenya, as well as the relevant management systems and requirements of the tenderer.

3.2 各投标单位应仔细阅读招标文件并认真领会，如有疑问请联系招标人，由招标人负责解释。

All Bidders are required to read and understand carefully the terms and conditions stated in the Tender Documents. If any clarification needed, Bidders have to contact the assigned Officer of Tenderee before the bidding closing date.

3.3 询价文件免费向报价人发放（合同范本中的有关条款和报价须知内容有冲突时以报价须知内容为准），技术规范由招标人查询，因报价人查阅不周或理解偏差概由报价人自负。

The inquiry documents will be distributed free of charge to the bidders (in case of any conflict between the relevant terms in the contract template and the contents of the tender notice, the contents of the tender notice shall prevail). The technical specifications will be obtained by the tenderer. Any losses or liabilities arising from the bidders' inadequate review or incorrect understanding shall be borne by the bidders themselves.

3.4报价人于报价和考察期间所发生的一切费用不论中标与否均由报价人自负。

All expenses incurred by the bidder during the quotation and inspection shall be borne by the bidder regardless of whether the bidder wins the bid or not.

3.5 报价人递****公司注册证书或营业执照、税号证书、完税证书、法人身份证复印件、否则报价书将不予接纳。

When submitting the quotation, the bidder must provide the company registration certificate or business license, tax number certificate, tax clearance certificate, and a copy of the legal representative's ID card. Otherwise, the quotation will not be accepted.

3.6 询价文件有效期：自交报价书之日起生效，议出中标单位后未中标的报价书自然失效。

Validity of inquiry documents: effective since the date of submission of the quotation, and the unsuccessful bid will become invalid after the bid winning unit is discussed.

3.7报价人可投多个包件。

The bidder can bid for multiple packages.

4.1报价人要按询价人提供的《采购清单》进行报价和汇总（不能增减清单子目，不能增减工程数量）。报价币种为肯先令。

The bidder shall make a quotation and summary according to the " Procurement List" provided by the inquirer (items on the list cannot be added or reduced, and the quantity of the project cannot be increased or reduced). The quotation currency is KES

4.2 单价应包括买方运输车辆至卖方营地费用、废旧设备装车费用、运输车辆运输费用等其他额外费用。

The unit price shall include the cost of the Buyer’s transport vehicle traveling to the Seller’s camp, the loading cost of the scrap equipment, the transportation cost of the transport vehicle, and any other additional expenses.

4.3报价方需确保履约能力及质量保证.

The bidder must ensure their ability to fulfill the contract and provide quality guarantees.
