1.Building location of the bidding project: The Burapha Power Plant Project is located in Inside the 304 Industrial park 2（“304IP2”）,Khao Hin Son subdistrict,Phanom Sarakham district,Chachoengsao province,Thailand. 2.Building scale of the bidding project: This project is a 540 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant EPC project with a net output of 540 MW. 3.5.Scope of tender:The Electrical I C Package A（electrical part）includes the installation of gas turbine/steam turbine electrical accessories and auxiliary equipment, generator outlet circuit breakers, enclosed busbars, main transformers (including assist for lifting and positioning), generator accessory installation, plant transformerss......etc.The Electrical I C Package A mainly covers all installation works for the Instrumentation and Control (I C) systems within the Steam Turbine, Gas Turbine, and Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) areas. .....etc.

投标人资格要求：

(1) The successful bidder must be an independent legal entity registered within the Kingdom of Thailand, have experience in executing similar construction projects, and possess valid Thailand CR, VAT. (2) Performance requirementsThe Tenderer shall have at least 3 similar project performance in the last 3 years (from 01 01, 2023 to the deadline for submission of bids).
