项目概况及招标范围：
line protection, communication, metering, and overhead lines for the substation on the IPP side, as well as the wind farm substation and windey wind turbines (including box-type transformers, ring main units, and medium-voltage cables inside WTG). This covers all tasks such as single-component tests, system commissioning, reverse power transmission, trial operation, performance tests, and training.本侧站线路保护、通讯、计量及架空线，风场升压站和运达风机（箱变，环网柜，风机内部中压电缆），包括单体实验、系统调试、倒送电、试运行、性能实验、培训等所有工作。

（1）The respondents must provide valid power engineering category three level commissioning and above material qualityor power construction general contracting three leveland above qualification certificate；（2）The respondent must provide valid business license and tax certificate document.（1）响应人须具备电源工程类三级调试及以上资质或电力施工总承包叁级及以上资质，并有相关施工经验；（2）响应人须提供有效的营业执照和税务证书。
