为寻求优秀的供应商进行**，****公司注册代理项目项目顺利进行，现对该项目进行供应商公开招募，欢迎符合条件的供应商报名参加。

为海外业务顺利开展，需引入有海外经验的供应商协助完成相关注册事宜。

1.具有独立法人资格，提供有效营业资质证明复印件，加盖公章。（非独立法人资格的，****机关、事业单位、社团协会、税务、会计、律所等合伙人制度的，具有独立民事责任承担能力的，提供有效营业资质证明或主管机构颁发的许可证复印件，加盖公章。）

2.①供应商及其法人代表人/负责人不得被列入失信被执行人名单；（非律所，提供供应商及其法人代表人/负责人“信用中国”查询完整报告，加盖公章；律所，提供供应商及其法人代表人/负责人“中国执行信息公开网”网站查询记录截图，加盖公章）②未被**汽车、阿维塔科技列入暂停业务等不适合参与项目的风险管理项，提供承诺函，格式自拟，加盖公章

3.未在**汽车、阿维塔科技黑名单范围内（需提供承诺函，格式自拟，加盖公章）

4.属于非“三无”供应商（“三无”供应商是指无实缴注册资本、无参保人员、无生产经营场所等无生产加工能力的“空壳”供应商）。（提供“国家企业信用信息公示系统”查询完整报告，加盖公章。如查询结果与实际不符，针对实缴注册资本，****银行入账回单（转账记录备注投资或实缴）或验资报告，加盖公章；针对参保人员信息，****社保局出具的社保证明，加盖公章）

5.须按附件格式要求（详见寻源公告附件），提供盖公章扫描件。

6.若供应商为海外实体，则提供如下材料，无需提交以上第1条的相关材料证明, 请提供如下证明材料。If the supplier is an overseas entity, the relevant supporting documents mentioned in item 1 above are not required to be submitted,the following materials shall be provided instead.，具有独立法人资格或同等法律地位，提供所在国家（地区）有效的营业注册证明。The supplier shall possess independent legal personality or equivalent legal standing, and shall provide a valid certificate of business registration issued by the relevant authority in its jurisdiction (country/region).。

7.若供应商为海外实体，则提供如下材料，无需提交以上第2条的相关材料证明, 请提供如下证明材料。If the supplier is an overseas entity, the relevant supporting documents mentioned in item 2 above are not required to be submitted,the following materials shall be provided instead.，供应商及其负责人/实际控****法院****政府机构公布的失信/严重违法名单（提供官网查询截图或等效证明，或出具信誉承诺函，加盖公章/签字）Neither the Supplier nor its responsible person or de facto controller has been included in any default or serious illegality list issued by local courts or competent governmental agencies. The Supplier may furnish either a screenshot from the official website (or equivalent evidence), or a selfdeclared letter of commitment, which shall bear the Supplier's official seal or the signature of its authorized representative.。

8.若供应商为海外实体，对应上述第3条，可使用附件可使用附件Commitment Letter。If the supplier is an overseas entity, the English version of the Commitment Letter attached is available for use for item 4.，The Supplier has not been placed on the suspension or blacklist of Changan Automobile or Avatr Technology. (Provide a letter of commitment in a self-defined format, duly sealed or signed by the authorized representative.).。

9.若供应商为海外实体，则提供如下材料，无需提交以上第4条的相关材料证明, 请提供如下证明材料. If the supplier is an overseas entity, the relevant supporting documents mentioned in item 4 above are not required to be submitted,the following materials shall be provided instead.，属于非“三无”供应商，具备实际经营场所和履约能力，提供以下任意一项即可 注册地址证明（如租赁合同、产权文件）； 员工社保/医保缴纳记录或工资单； 或出具“非三无供应商”承诺函（说明实缴资本、办公场所、人员情况）。The Supplier is required to have a physical place of business and the capability to perform. The Supplier may satisfy this requirement by providing any one of the following: (a) Proof of its registered address, such as a lease contract or property title documents; (b) Employee social security/medical insurance contribution records or payroll slips; (c) A self-declared letter of commitment confirming that it is not a shell company (i.e., a entity lacking paid-in capital, employees, and business premises), and providing a description of its paid-in capital, office premises, and personnel.。

10.近2年内（2024年1月1日至今）须具备至少1个为中国背景的****公司、大型汽车制造商或新能源车企）****公司或办事处的服务案例.The Supplier shall have, within the past two years (from January 1, 2024 to the date of this announcement), completed at least one (1) service case involving the successful registration of a subsidiary or representative office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a wellknown enterprise of Chinese background (e.g., a listed company, a large automobile manufacturer, or a new energy vehicle company).，提供合同关键页（含双方名称、服务内容、签署页）或同等证明文件。 The Supplier shall provide key pages of the contract (including the parties' names, scope of services, and signature pages) or equivalent supporting documents.。

11.项目执行团队中，须指定一名精通汉语的专职人员担任项目对接人，全面统筹协调项目相关事务.The project execution team must designate a fulltime Chineseproficient staff member as the project liaison, responsible for overall coordination of project activities.，Information on the designee shall be submitted, bearing the company seal or authorized representative's signature, and covering, at a minimum, the following: name, job title, resume/CV, and tenure with this company。
