（4）具备市政公用工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；
（5）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
（6）拟派项目负责人：需具备市政公用工程专业二级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具有有效的《安全生产考核合格证书》（B证）。该项目负责人以在******管理委员会网站上查询为准，在册且无在建项目记录（同一工程相邻分段发包或分期施工的除外，拟派项目经理在投标文件递交时不得调整，不得有在建项目（通过**市建设市场信息服务平台https://ciac.****.cn/查询、截图）；标书代写
