二、投标人资格

1.投标人资格基本条件

(1) 投标人必须具有独立法人资格，具备独立订立合同的权利和履行合同的能力，且经营范围符合本项目要求，具有一般纳税人资格；

(2) 投标人注册资金不低于人民币/万元（含）以上。如果投标人注册资本为外币的，计算注册资本时以****银行公布的外汇牌价中间价为准。如营业执照未体现注册资本的，应出具注册地工商部门的出资证明；

(3) 投****银行资信和商业信誉，经营状况良好，没有处于被责令停业，财产被接管、冻结、破产状态，最近三年内没有发生过严重违约或其他失信行为；

(4) 法定代表人为同一个人的两个或两个以上法人不得同时投标；****公司和/****公司不得同时参加投标。

(5) 不接受联合体投标。

(6) 报名条件资格要求或废标项：Abandoned bid items：1、If the sample test does not meet the usage requirements of the tenderer, it will be regarded as a rejected bid. The samples will be subject to re-inspection by the tenderer.；2、Those who do not provide a stamped version of the performance commitment letter will be treated as invalid bids；3、Bidders who cannot accept 3 months payment period will be considered disqualified.
