1.分包采购项目建设地点：红海项目位于沙特阿拉伯王国塔布克省，占地28,000平方公里，海岸线160公里，位于吉达以北550公里。 2.分包采购项目建设规模：沙特红海公共事业和基础设施PPP项目CCC楼内部装饰装修改造，包括但不限于天花板、瓷砖、隔断、门窗的拆除与安装工作。 1. Subcontracted Procurement Project Location: The Red Sea Project is located in Tabuk Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, covering an area of 28,000 square kilometers with a coastline of 160 kilometers, situated 550 kilometers north of Jeddah. 2. Subcontracted Procurement Project Scope: Interior decoration and renovation of the CCC building within the Saudi Red Sea Public Utilities and Infrastructure PPP Project, including but not limited to the removal and installation of ceilings, tiles, partitions, doors, and windows.
投标人资格要求：
(1) The successful bidder must be an independent legal entity registered within the Kingdom of Sau di Arabia and possess valid Saudi CR, VAT, Zakat, and GOSSI certificates; alternatively, it may have th e status of an independent legal entity registered within the territory of the People's Republic of Chi na, and shall provide a valid business license and safety production license (2)Performance requirem ents:The Tenderer shall have at least 1 similar project performance in the last 5 years (from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for submission of bids).
