项目概况及招标范围：
The damaged areas include Zones S1 and S2 of Unit 2; Zones S6 and S7 of Unit 3. The Subcontractor’s scope of work covers all construction activities including comprehensive inspection, removal, installation, testing and commissioning support for the damaged parts of the AirCooled Condenser system.2号机组S1、S2区；3号机组S6、S7区。分包商施工范围涵盖空冷凝汽器系统损坏部分的全面检测、拆除、安装、测试及调试支持等全部施工工作
投标人资格要求：
(1) The bidder must be an independent legal entity registered within the territory of Bahrain or the People’s Republic of China. A valid business license must be provided, or local registration must have been completed.(2) The bidder shall provide valid qualification certificates of GradeII or above for General Contracting of Electric Power Construction Engineering, or GradeII or above for Professional Contracting of Building Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering, or the corresponding CR and VAT certificates.（1）响应人须是在巴林王国或中华人民**国境内注册的独立法人资格，须提供有效的营业执照或属地化注册证明；（2）响应人须提供有效的 电力工程施工总承包贰级及以上或建筑机电安装工程专业承包贰级及以上资质证书或相应CR及VAT证书。
