采购项目名称：Renovation Work to Car Parking B2, L4, L5 and L6 at All Seasons Place

采购内容或范围："The ASP car park comprises Levels B2, B1, L4, L5, and L6. The primary renovation area under this Car Park Renovation Project is Basement Level B2, covering comprehensive renovation works within the CRC, MTH, and CPT areas, including floor finishes, wall and column finishes, ceiling and exposed services finishes, lift and staircase lobbies, construction hoardings, and associated works.

For Levels L4–L6, the works mainly comprise traffic road markings, temporary directional signage, adjustment of existing signage, and renovation of the CRC lift lobby finishes. The Contractor shall also be responsible for the detailed design, installation, testing, and commissioning of all relevant electrical works included within the procurement scope, together with proper coordination of all interfaces between the respective trades and disciplines."

二、供应商资格要求

"The Bidder shall be an independent legal entity incorporated in Thailand or a legally established overseas legal entity, and shall meet the qualification requirements stipulated by the applicable laws and regulations of Thailand. If an overseas legal entity is awarded the Contract, it shall appoint a legally compliant local Thai legal entity as its implementation partner, which shall be fully responsible for the execution of this Project, including contract execution and full performance of all contractual obligations throughout the Project.
2. Experience Requirements
Within the past three (3) years (up to the Bid Submission Deadline), the Bidder shall have completed at least one (1) project of a similar nature and shall provide valid supporting documents as evidence.
3. Security Requirements: Can follow ASP's EHS regulations
