| 供应商资格要求： | 3.1 Bidders shall be manufacturers, agents, or traders with independent legal entity status, operating independently and legitimately in legal and financial aspects, and independent from the Procuring Entity. 3.2 Power of Attorney of the Legal Representative (except where the Legal Representative participates in the bid in person). 3.3 Bidders are required to include the following undertaking in their response documents: We hereby warrant that our company maintains a sound financial position, with a debt-to-asset ratio of less than 100%. We are not subject to any takeover of assets, bankruptcy, or any state of suspension, closure, merger, or restructuring. We are not involved in any liquidation proceedings, have not been declared bankrupt, and do not have any other circumstances that would result in the loss of capacity to perform the contract. In the event that our company is awarded the contract, the Procuring Entity reserves the right to review our financial condition (including financial reports) prior to the signing of the contract. Should the Procuring Entity discover the existence of any of the aforementioned circumstances or risks, it reserves the right to cancel our company's qualification for the award. |
