The Bid Evaluation Committee (Evaluation Panel) for The Third Procurement Batch of 300,000 Tons of Rock for Philippine Pasay Reclamation Development Project (Phase 1) Hydraulic Engineering has completed a thorough review of your bidding documents. You are hereby requested to provide written clarification, explanation or supplementary information on the issue specified below.Your clarification, explanation or supplementary documents shall be submitted to the Bid Evaluation Committee (Evaluation Panel) via email no later than 17:00, 21 September 2026.
