(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction. (4) The project leader holds a second level or higher qualification certificate as a registered construction engineer in the field of municipal public works. (5) This project is only aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises and provides a "Small and Medium sized Enterprise Declaration Letter". (6) This project does not accept consortium bidding.
