3、“招标文件 第六章 投标资料表 *17.2投标文件的正本需打印或用不褪色墨水书写，并由法定代表人或经其正式授权的代表签字。授权代表须将以书面形式出具的《单位负责人授权书》（格式见第一册）附在投标文件中。投标文件的每一页都应由法定代表人或其授权代表用姓或首字母签字，否则将导致投标被否决。”；

2、 Bidding Documents Chapter V, Invitation for Bids, Clause 3 Bidder Qualification Requirements, 3.2 The bidder or manufacturer shall provide a written commitment letter stating that the export license of the product from the exporting country can be obtained. The delivery period shall not be affected by any delay in export license application. If such license is not required, an explanatory document affixed with the official seal shall be issued, with self-drafted format.

3、 Bidding Documents Chapter VI, Bidding Data Sheet, *17.2 The original of the bid document shall be printed or written in indelible ink, and signed by the legal representative or its duly authorized representative. The authorized representative shall attach the Written Power of Attorney for Person-in-Charge of the Entity (see Volume I for template) issued in writing to the bid document. Each page of the bid document shall be signed with the surname or initials by the legal representative or its authorized representative; failure to do so shall result in rejection of the bid.
