报价文件递交及报价开启 / Submission and Opening of Bidding Documents加急标书代写
7.1 报价文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为****0930 16:00:00，响应人应在截止时间前通过浪潮电子采购平台（加急标书代写https://scs.****.com）递交电子报价文件。 The deadline for submission of bidding documents (bid closing time, hereinafter the same) is ****0930 16:00:00. Respondents shall submit electronic bidding documents via the Inspur eProcurement Platform (https://scs.****.com) prior to the deadline.
7.2 逾期送达的报价文件，电子采购平台将予以拒收。 Bidding documents submitted after the deadline shall be rejected by the eProcurement Platform.
7.3 项目报价开启时间为****0930 16:00:00，响应人应准时参加报价活动并在线签到，未签到的视为承认报价开启记录，事后对此提出任何异议无效。 The bid opening time is ****0930 16:00:00.
