2、具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
3、拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
4、业绩要求：无；
5、其他要求：无。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Must have a construction general contracting qualification of level III or above in building engineering;
2. Have a safety production license (valid within the validity period);
3. The project leader to be dispatched should have a registered construction engineer qualification of level II or above in building engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects;
